Aubrey Plaza
Aubrey Plaza is an actress comedian and actress born June 26 1984. April Ludgate plays her on Parks and Recreation. After performing sketch and improv comedy in The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza launched her own web series with the Jeannie Tate Show. She went on to appear on Judd Apatow's Funny People and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World later in her career. Celebrate her birthday! Aubrey Christina Plaza is the daughter of Bernadette Plaza who is an attorney and David Plaza, a financial expert. She was born in Wilmington Delaware. Their father was Puerto Rican while her mother is Irish and English. Plaza has graduated from the Catholic All-Girls School in 2002. In 2005 from Tisch School of the Arts of New York University. In high school Plaza served as the head of the Wilmington Drama League and her student government at her school. Plaza was struck by a stroke in 2004 while in college. The stroke caused her to develop expressive aphasia and suffered an ephemeral period of involuntary paralysis. She has now recovered. Plaza began performing sketch and improv in the New York City's Upright Citizens Brigade Theater back in 2004. The Laugh Factory as well The Improv are two places in N.Y.C. where Plaza performed standup comedy. Plaza has appeared as a guest on E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street & The Jeannie Tate Show as the part of Robin Gibney and was also in the role of Ben Schwartz, as well as appearing as Robin Gibney for the premiere episode of Terrible Decisions. Troopers was a humorous scifi program on CollegeHumor with her as the role of Princess. In 2014, Plaza was the first to debut a saxophone on Cassorla's Bona Fide. In 2012, she made her saxophone debut in Father John Misty's Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings. HarmonQuest was a show in 2016 that included Plaza in the role of Hawaiian Coffee. The following year, she was Aaron Burr on Drunk History and Cat Adams during Season 11 C.B.S. The television show Criminal Minds. It was her first time returning to her role on Season 12. It was announced a year after that Plaza will appear in an independent comedy known as An Evening With Beverly Luff Linn.
